Purchasing 

Keep in mind we cannot guarantee we have the items in your shopping cart in stock. For this reason, if an item sells out, you will be contacted via phone and email about your missing item. At the time of processing your purchase, we will show you the available shipping methods and their cost and their cost. 


FYI - The Ship/Rush processing allows your order to be printed first, this does not affect the shipping time


Shipping 
Once we receive your order please allow 24 to 48 hours for processing (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and National Holidays). Orders are subject to processing time that is separate from the time it takes for a shipment to reach destination once it has been fulfilled. After your order has been processed, you will receive a tracking number and delivery details. Please note, your tracking number will update once USPS has received the package and it is successfully processed through their system. 


Returns & Exchanges 
All items purchased are final sale, thus we cannot offer return, exchanges, or refunds, for these We will fix any mistakes made on behalf of the company. If the product you received has not been worn, in its original packaging, however, deemed defective your order is eligible for a refund.

FAQ

“When will my order be shipped?”

Thank you so much for your patience, but allow 5 - 7 business days for your order to be shipped. Expect for periods of high demand, during those seasons please allot 7 - 10 business days.


“I received a notification via email that my order was delivered, but I did not receive anything?”

Once your order has left our facilities, and is in the hands of our carrier ( USPS) we are no longer liable. In most cases, USPS marks packages as delivered before it has actually been delivered and customers typically receive their packages later that day. Please allow up to 1 - 2 business days before you declare your package as undelivered by USPS. Authentically Hype, is not responsible for lost, stolen, incorrect addresses, or misplace packages.

 

“I signed-up for a rush order, but my order has not been shipped yet?”

We do not offer rushed shipping, we offer rushed processing. Rush processing does not affect the shipping. Rush processing allows for your order to be printed first. Rush processing affects the processing time ONLY. 

 

“I received a different item than what I ordered, how can I get the correct item?“

If customers are shipped a different item, the incorrect item must be returned to our facilities. The item must be returned within 7 days upon receiving it, and the item must be in the original packaging and condition. Please be prepared to send a picture of the item you received for our records to authenticallyhype@gmail.com.  Once the item is received the correct item will be resent.

 

“I would like to exchange my order for a different size, how can I do that?”

    Our exchange policy lasts 7 business days after the delivery date (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, Holidays). Returns/exchanges are not processed until we receive the items back at our HQ and the items are in good condition.
